These are dangle earrings made from kidney wire. At the bottom of the wire is a small bezel set round brilliant diamond. Hanging from the diamond is a jump ring. Attached to the jump ring is a bezel set blue oval sapphire. This sapphire is oriented from West to East. Attached to the sapphire is a pear cut cabochon moonstone. This moonstone is positioned with the tip of the stone pointing South. Surrounding the sapphire and moonstone are decorative milgraine beads and swirling motifs.
