Repairs
Don't compromise your style by allowing a repair to go unfixed. No matter the complexity, our team is competent in recovering the original integrity of your pieces.
Remounts
Our customers find that they have outgrown their current jewelry style and are ready for a fresh new design. Others have family heirlooms with valuable precious stones in less than perfect settings. In either case, we are experts are restyling your jewelry into fabulous new creations. A true heirloom is something you wear every day!
Watch Batteries and Repairs
We change watch batteries and adjust and install watch bands that require pins. If all the parts needed are in house, this usually can be done while you wait! Pricing starts at $15, however, pricing will vary based on the complexity of the piece.
We can also assist in extensive watch repair. However, turnaround will vary depending on the work that is needed.
Appraisals
Appraisals are included with every custom piece of jewelry and are accompanied by professional photos. We also offer appraisals for any of your existing jewelry. The William Travis team has the expertise to accurately appraise all jewelry, including estate pieces, watches, coins, etc. All appraisals are completed in house.This service does not require an appointment and takes 1-2 weeks to complete. Pricing starts at $65, but will vary based on the complexity of each piece.
Diamonds
We will beat any diamond price. We carry estate diamonds and GIA certified diamonds. All diamonds in house are conflict free and come with a full assessment from our experienced gemologists. At William Travis Jewelry we guarantee you will receive only the best of what you are looking for and your visit will be hassle free.
Insurance Claims
We will help you navigate the insurance claim process, so when compensation and recreation is required, it will be tantamount to the original.
Gold Buying
William Travis Jewelry is a licensed and bonded precious metals buyer. We are actively purchasing all precious metals. Payment is made immediately unless there is a large quantity requiring us to spend more time testing each piece. In these cases, payment is made within 24 hours. All precious metals are recycled and all William Travis Jewelry is created from recycled metals.
Engraving
Many of our designs feature hand engraving. From simple inscriptions to elaborate details, engraving can put the finishing touches on any piece.
