The rings arrived today and what an amazing surprise it was. They both look absolutely stunning and I can't wait until February when Mike can see and wear his. Thank you so much - you made our trip to Chapel Hill very special. Our rings commemorate 13 years of marriage and I, for one, could not be happier (minus the deployment). Thank you, thank you, thank you...the rings are absolutely beautiful.
It really is the most beautiful piece and we appreciate all of your skills and attention. As always, William Travis Jewelry is a wonderful place to trust with heirloom. Thanks so much!
Seeing your beautiful work was a highlight of our visit to Chapel Hill! Elizabeth has become one of your great admirers and now we are too. I'm very impressed by your innovative, original designs and it was a pleasure to meet you!
Thank you so much for the absolutely gorgeous engagement ring. It is even more beautiful than we had imagined. We are particularly grateful for the great effort you put forward so that we could have the ring quickly. We are very lucky to have such a great friend whose talents will be with us forever.
Thanks so much for the great job you did fixing my earrings and setting my sister's stone - we love them and my grandma will be so happy they are being used and loved!
Thank you so much for the beautiful diamond ring you designed and made for me and my soon to be fiance, Yuko. Everything about the ring, from the design and construction to the diamond, is perfect, and I'm so glad that I took my friend's advice and contacted you. I love that this is a one-of-a-kind and that Yuko will never see another ring like it. It may sounds trite, but there is something wonderful in the idea that this symbol of our love for each other is as unique and breathtaking as the relationship we share. And, as an artist, I know Yuko will be so pleased that she not only has a piece of jewelry, but a piece of art.
In addition to my satisfaction with the final product, I'd also like to express my deep gratitude for your help through this entire process. Happily, I'd never bought a diamond engagement ring before, and I never intend to buy another, but this meant that I entered this process completely naive to all the details involved, from diamond categorization to metal properties to pricing. From my first phone call until today when I received the ring, you have been honest, friendly, and informative, making certain that I understood and was completely satisfied with every decision we made together. Even though we were several hundred miles apart, you listened to all of my input and made me a partner in the process; I never once felt like just another customer. I was especially impressed by your ability to work with me on the ring's design, particularly since we had to work through your website and emailed drawings. Your ability to listen well to my ideas and then use your creativity to conceive a design that was right on the mark furthered my confidence in your work, and I'm thrilled that the ring looks just like your drawing - only better. Thanks again for all your time, effort, and creativity that went into making this once-in-a-lifetime process a pleasure from start to finish.
Last Saturday I carried an antique brooch into the store to have the center stone checked. The gemologist on site very kindly checked the stone and offered to clean the brooch. When the brooch was returned, it was beautiful and the center diamond was shimmering. The gemologist graciously provided this service free of charge. Since I was using the family piece as a graduation gift for my sister, I was thrilled to be able to present the cleaned brooch. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the assistance. Please know I'll share my experience with my friends!
Thank you William Travis Jewelry for an exceptional engagement ring. You went above and beyond!
